Local Grass Fed Beef

We are proud to offer our Grass Finished Beef . These cattle are raised up near Tiskilwa without growth hormones, antibiotics or steroids. These Australian Lowline Cattle are bred specifically for use as grass fed only cattle. Grass finished beef is healthier because it is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and can help lower cholestreol significantly. It should be cooked slower than grain fed cattle to ensure tenderness. When grilling steaks, sear the outsides to lock in the juices, then finish over indirect heat.

Everyday, our staff at Pottstown Meat & Deli creates the most delicious Hamburger masterpieces your taste buds have ever experienced.  Just one bite of our Bacon Cheddar & Chive or Bacon Cheddar Jalapeno Burgers will send your mouth into a taste sensory overload that you won’t want to end!  We start with our famous Ground Chuck, add some of our Hickory Smoked Bacon and locally made Cheddar Cheese.  On the grill or in the oven, these burgers are the best!  Other flavor we feature are Mushroom & Swiss, Blue Cheese and Sundried Tomato Three Cheese.
