Ham

You haven’t had a truly great ham until you’ve tried a Pottstown Ham.  Our hams start with the finest Midwestern raised pork.  Our hams are then cured with a honey and maple sugar flavor and hickory smoked in our smokehouse.  The flavor is beyond compare.
 
We have these hams available bone-in, spiral sliced, and boneless.  A very popular way we sell these hams is where we take our boneless ham, sliced into a disposable pan and glazed all ready to re-warm.  Just heat and eat!  It doesn’t get any easier than that!

Marinated Pork Chops

We are dedicated to adding variety to your everyday meals.  One tasty way is with our Marinated Pork Chops.  Our most popular flavor is the Black Forest.  The marinade starts in a fermented soy sauce with garlic, onion, salt and pepper.  It’s a mild flavor that is hard to describe other than it is truly delicious!

Other flavors include Apple Cinnamon, Door County Cherry, Southwestern, Margarita, Steakhouse and Margarita.  Stop in a try some today.  They are outstanding on the grill or are easily baked in the oven at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
